My first time having Venchi ice-cream. The waitress was very nice and provided samples to try. I ordered Baciodidama & Pistachio Kunafa Delight in chocolate dipped waffle cone. It was so delicious! Will be coming back.

My first visit to Venchi at the Americana way, Glendale was such a wonderful experience! They offer a great selection of authentic Italian ice cream, gelato and chocolates, and other sweet treats. Everything we tried tasted amazing — the ice cream and chocolates were rich and flavorful but not overly sweet, which made them feel like a more balanced and enjoyable treat compared to many others I’ve tried. I also want to give a special shoutout to Keane, one of the staff members. He was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, even though the place was very busy with a long line of customers. He answered all of our questions and generously gave us samples of the chocolates and ice cream, which really helped us choose what to order. His excellent customer service made our first visit even more memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Venchi and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-quality Italian desserts and outstanding customer service! Highly recommended!

It was my first time coming here and my experience was 10/10! Everything I tasted was amazing, Claudia’s service was excellent as well. She was the absolute sweetest and had such welcoming energy! She made it easy to choose what I wanted with great recommendations. I would definitely come back!

Had such a great experience today when I came in with my kid. Daniel was scooping and Peach was helping, and both were absolutely amazing. They had big smiles on their faces and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. They were patient, friendly, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable.
